Guidance officer

Our Guidance officer  Mark Siddle is available for appointments regarding school issues, career guidance, subject selection/ changes and confidential personal counselling.
 
Parents and students are encouraged to make appointments through the school office. 

Youth Support Coordinator

The Youth Support Coordinator is available for appointments for students and their families who may be experiencing difficulties at home, with friends or other parts of their lives. Appointments may be made through the school office.

Community Liaison Officer

The Community Liaison Officer works with the Senior Secondary School Head of Department (HOD) to support students who wish to undertake school based traineeships and apprenticeships. Please contact Casey Wilkinson and/or  Geoff Howe.

International Coordinator

The international coordinator supports International students in the following areas: curriculum, home stays and general welfare. Appointments with Casey Wilkinson may be made through the school office.

Development Centre (DC)

The Development Centre is led by Support Teacher (Literacy and Numeracy), Ms Tracey Robb. DC provides learning support for students who experience learning difficulties.

Special Education Program Teacher - SEP Teacher

Ms Melissa Betts assists students with a disability (as identified through the Education Adjustment Process).

Homegroup Teacher

Each student will be allocated to a home group. Home group teachers meet with students each morning to register attendance, communicate daily routine information and generally monitor student attendance, uniform and welfare.

Year Coordinator

Each year level has a year co-ordinator who has broad student monitoring responsibilities. Year coordinators monitor attendance, standards of uniform and behaviour and generally provide for the welfare of the students of that year level.

Indigenous Youth Support Officer

Our Indigenous Youth Support Officer works at the school to assist students of indigenous descent to support their attendance and achievement at school. Additional courses are run to support students health and well being, cultural background and preparation for life beyond school.
